Add vi editor-like navigation keys

Given the very simple navigation requirements while reading, how about using the vi movement keys for scrolling through the text while reading and navigating back and forth to the Library / Table of Contents panel and the book content display. So:

j - Scrolls down through book, either a line or page at a time
k - Scrolls up
h - Moves to the Library / TOC panel
l - Moves to the book content.

Granted that breaks the single keystroke search in the Library / TOC panel which may be popular (?), although I would think changing how the Library / TOC panel works to support larger libraries would be on the plate anyhow. Just a thought. Definitely looking forward to the next update(s)!
